Celina Osoria Claro was detained by a State Security official known as Edwin Jefferson or Kevin when she was leaving a shop called "La Sucursal". Then she was put in the patrol car no. 506 and taken to the police unit called Parque 24. When they arrived, she was sent to an office and two women police officers told her to take off her clothes. Then they thoroughly searched her hair, trousers, blouse and bra. According to the officials, they were looking for money. After that, Kevin told her that she is not allowed to undertake any activity on the Three Kings Day and she is just showing off. He also said that he had seen her neighbor who had tried to attack her with a knife and in case she did not follow his instructions, something worse would happen. She was relased on the same day at about 12 pm without any further consequences.
