Human rights defender from Guantánamo detained at home and fined

Yanier was detained at this house by State Security (DSE) official known as Edwin Jefferson or Kevin. He was put in a patrol car and taken to the police unit called Parque 24. There, the DSE officials known as Víctor Víctor and Luis Ángel or Roberto fined him 60 pesos in the CUP currency. The reason was his alleged involvement in the distrubution of the anti-government posters which appeared in the city the day before. They told him that even if he had not participated directly, he was responsible for them. He was released on the same day at 10 am without any further consequences.
