UNPACU activist beaten by the State Security

In the morning, 8 June 2020, a human rights defender and a member of the Cuban Patriotic Union (UNPACU), Alexey Brizo la Hera, was attacked right on the street by the State Security officials known as Kevin and Víctor. The officials beat him up and searched him without having any official order or legal document for such action. They told Alexey to leave the counter-revolutionary groups he is involved in and to stop seeing an activist Henry Couto. If not, he would be put in prison or beaten to death.
