Harold was detained by police in San Antonio del Sur. The reason was that he was carrying 20 bottles of wine which are being sold in a free sale to the employers of the company he works in - UCM Military Construction Unit Cayo Coco Jardines del Rey. Because of this, Harold was detained for nine days. Moreover, he was a victim of summary trial and fined 2910 pesos in CUC for speculation and hoarding.
