On Saturday August 8 when Jorge Luis Romero Becerra was supporting an activity of Latin American Federation of Rural Women he was unjustly detained by the officer of the State Security Captain Juan Perez. He took him camera which Jorge Luis was taking photos of this activity. Jorge did not want give him the camera asking the officer official order. He was cruelly taken to the municipal police unit remaining there 24 hours. He was prosecuted for the crime of resistance, later released by a fine of 200 pesos in 72 hours otherwise he would be prosecuted before the court.
