Delvis Estrada Figuerola in October 11, at four o'clock was going to take public bus going from Caimanera to Guantanamo. At the point of police control in Caimanera Lt Col Cantillo was with Yordani with Mayor Montargo. He was ordered to come down bus and being detained drove to the police unit Caimanera where he stayed until 11 am. The reason for the arrest was prevent him participation in the Mass in the Catholic Church in the province of Santigo. This news was conveyed in Journal of Cuba and Radio Marti.
