Alberto, journalist of the Cuban Institute for the Liberty of Expression and the Press, was arrested in the morning on the street and taken to the police station in the municipality of Los Arabos. The procedure lasted until the afternoon and he was told that they would repeat this procedure whenever they suspect the possible transfer of newsletters. He was informed that he could not leave the city until the party congress finishes.This action was conducted by the Ramon de Alma (Arma) and other police officers.
