Rubén, along with other activists of the UNPACU, was detained at the checkpoint by Danniel Pagan, Maikol and others agents of the political police. After 5 hours, he was transferred to office at Julio A. Mella, where he was given a fine and, again, put into the car, that left him more than 30 km from the municipality.
