A man arrested, threatened and fined in Mella



Leonardo Cobas Perez was in the house of some friends prepared to leave them when two police cars full of officers of the national police and political police approached. They beat Leonardo and mounted for patrol. In the police station, they accused him of claiming that disfigured the ornamental that he knew about the posters which had appeared in the street. Leonardo Perez denied this accusation. They left him detained for several hours and they fined 2000 pesos. Leonardo was threatened with imprisonment if he continued his activism in the UNPACU.
