Mareysy Columbie López was heading to citizen care center Yusmary to citizenship for social workers demanding complaint due to the suspension of the checkbook receiving the same benefit given to his minor child with cancer. Claiming human rights violation she was stopped by soldiers who forced her into the patrol car being driven to the detention center DSE where she was threatened with being charged if repeated this action.
