The victim was going to El Cobre to attend a protest march "Todos marchamos". Secret police agents detained the car where the victim was travelling in. He was searched by the National Revolutionary Police officials and transported to its department in Julio Antonio Mella. He stayed there for more than 4 hours. After that, he was transported by bus outside the city and left to his fate.
