He was arrested March 4th by agents of the Department of State Security and the National Revolutionary Police at San Rafael and Oquendo while trying to perform several families interviews and take pictures of their collapsed homes located in the street Oquendo and San Rafael, in the center Habana. He has been threatened on several occasions to be trialed on the alleged crimes of contempt and arrest resistance.
