Julio Alberto was detained for 6 days for filming a violation of human rights

Julio Alberto Rubio Rodríguez went out to watch an alleged street quarrel. He saw a woman arguing with her neighbor because of a sign saying, "Finally, you died, Fidel". Suddenly, the patrol car no. 224 of the National Revolutionary Police (PNR) arrived, they beat the woman and her husband and arrested them. Julio Alberto pulled out his cell phone to film the violation of human rights, but the State Security agent (DSE) was watching him and he identified himself and snatched the phone. Julio Alberto was reduced to obedience and led to the unit of the PNR, where they broke his SD phone card and told him that they would not let him go until the morning ended in order to prevent problems. He remained imprisoned and in-communicated for 6 days and he was released after being threatened by the DSE officer Alejandro Casares.
