The complainant went under arrest at the bus terminal in Manzanillo, from where she intended to travel to Bayamo to attend an activity arranged by The republican Party of Havana.
The bus was stopped by police officers at a control point, where they requested her identification and then led her to a police station, where she was threaten and remained retained for several hours.
