Rubén was in a bus heading to the El Cobre, when he was detained at the checkpoint as well as the other activists of the UNPACU, who were with him. Besides the political police there were agents known as Ferro, Dannier Pagan and Maikol. After 4 hours of insults and threats, they left him in distance of 30 km from his municipality.
