Roelvis Cuba Sendo was heading to the UNPACU headquarters in Guantánamo to participate in the march celebrated on Sundays throughout Cuba, demanding the release of political prisoners and social changes. At 6:15 a.m., he was arrested on street Carlos Manuel and 1 South by Officer Kevin from the State Security Officer Kevin. He was taken to the Detention Center called Operations where he was threatened with going to prison for his activism.
