During the month of October 2019, secret police in Guantánamo detained two times, 14 and 28 October, an activist Celina Osoria Claro in order to prevent her from participating in Sunday Mass.The detentions were carried out by various officers who were posted in the corner of her house and ready to detain her while leaving. It is also known that after the detention, she was driven to the Police Instruction Unit known as Operations where she was kept for four hours in both occasions.
