Arturo was then driven to the Police Instruction Unit and taken to the waiting room. At 8:30 am, the head of secret police confrontation unit came and asked him about where he was travelling. Arturo replied that he went to visit his family and the official said: “You are a person with regulated status. You can leave neither the country or Guantánamo. Neither you or Henry Couto or Niober García can leave the country and the city.” Moreover, it is known that surveillance cameras have been installed in Guantánamo, administered by personnel who monitors the activity.
