A journalist from Camagüey intimidated by State Security

Geovanis Cepúlveda Martínez works as a reporter for the audiovisual agency Palenque Vision and is based in the Camagüey Province. On 22 June 2021, he was threatened by a State Security (DSE) official. At about 1 pm, while being at home, Cepúlveda was reached on his cell phone by the DSE official known as Kevin. The official threatened him that he had a little time left as a free man and that he would be soon imprisoned for the journalistic work he carries out.
