Berta de los Angeles Soler Fernández was arrested in the street by State Security, National Police agents, and paramilitary mobs, after participating in a mass at the Santa Rita de Cassia church, while going to drop flowers into the sea to honor the memory of the victims of the Remolcador on March 13th. Berta was transferred to the Tarará detention center, where she was detained for several hours.
