A mistreaed, beaten man being detained without knowing the reason of his detention (Colombia)



The citizen Yoel Dubergel Estalella was sitting outside of the home of his neighbour, when he saw the head of the operative cheaf approache to him. The chief stopped next to him and three law enforcement officers got off the car. One was the sector chief lieutenant and Yoandris Hernandez Colea that passing in front of her mother Mr. Regla threatening her: "And you, be ready going as well" They continued to Yoel and, without warning or explanation, took him by brutal way by the arms, they handcuffed him, the mother asked them not to mistreat or push him. His mother received a boost from Lieutenant Yoandris. Yoel demanded that he respected his mother that he respected his. He also asked why he had been arrested. He responded him not to ask anymore geting more information in the police station. He was taken without shoes and shirt to the car, taking him to the police station. There, Lieutenant Yoandris interrogated and told him that he was considered as a danger for society, Yoel mentioned that he was working on a cooperative contract and Lieutenant repeated that he was there for considering dangerous for the state.
