Political prisoner Roberto de Jesús Quiñones Haces, who is being held at the Guantánamo Bay prison compound, had his family's visiting rights suspended as punishment for publishing a story on Cubanet about human rights violations committed by the compound's guards. The prisoner was taken to the management where he was informed of the punishment and warned that if he continued to take out "papers" his conjugal visit would be suspended.
