The activist was heading towards the capital. When he reached the highway of Taguco, agents of the political police stopped the bus and detained the activist. He was brought to the PNR of Manzanillo, where the authorities investigated about him, claiming that they had information, according to which he was going to Havana to put up posters against the government. After several hours he was released but he was not allowed to travel for adhering to UNPACU.
