Three hours of an arbitrary detention

When Orelvis Pérez was in the house of the music of the city of Trinidad, he got arrested and handcuffed in the presence of dozens of people by an agent of the Technical Department of Investigations and the Police. He was transferred to the police unit where he was interrogated and threatened by agents of the political police telling him that he could not longer visit that place. He was not allowed to call his family and friends via phone. He was detained for three hours. He was told that the next day he had to come back to the unit and sign a warning letter. For years, he has been persecuted and harassed for being a religious.
