An activist summoned to the Operations Unit and threatened by State Security officials

Roberto de Jesús Quiñones Haces, an independent journalist from Guantánamo, was summoned to the Provincial Operations Unit for Investigation of Crimes against the State Security. There he was received by officials known as Víctor Víctor and Lieutenant Torres. They threatened him and accused him of spreading fake news undermining the international peace and usurpation of functions.
