Celina was heading to the church La Milagrosa with the purpose of participating in the Sunday mass officiated there. When she was transiting in the street north 8 and west 5, the State Security (DSE) officers known as Kevin or Jefferson and Victor detained her. She was brought to the centre of detention of DSE known as Operations, where she was threatened by Kevin that she would be jailed for her political activism together with the activist Niober García. She was released around half passed 6 without facing other consequences.
