An activist Yeider Fuentes Arias was on his way to the UNPACU Headquarters in Guantánamo located in San Lino Street. After that, he was planning to go to Santiago de Cuba Pronvince to Santuario del Cobre and attend Mass which was being conducted in support of Ladies in White and Todos Marchamos campaign, both demanding the release of political prisoners. When he was passing through the checkpoint in Cayamo, he was arbitrarily detained by State Security official Montalvo and Lieutenant Colonel Cantillo. He was driven to the Police Department in Caimanera where he was kept in detention until 10 am. He was threatened to be accused of disobedience.
