Activist from Villa Clara Province prevented from vitising the headquarters of his organization

On 25 February, 2020, in the morning hours, an activist and a former political prisoner from the Cuban Reflection Movement (MCR), Mario Morera Jardines, was visited in his house in Manicuragua by the State Security official and the chief of this local body known as Hanoi. Mario was strictly banned from visiting the MCR national headquarters as the official was suspecting the organization of throwing flyers in the city. At night on the same day, Mario was intercepted by three policemen at the intermunicipal bus terminal in Santa Clara. They obliged him to take a bus and go back home to Manicuragua.
