On October 18, 2015, the victim was detained in the bus together with his friends at the checkpoint in Julio Antonio Mella. Five hours later, he was taken to the National Revolutionary Police in the town. After that the officials took him 30 km away from Julio Antonio Mella and left the victim to his fate.
