In the morning hours, State Security officials Major Bryan and Captain Sergio appeared in a patrol car 600 in front of the house of a human rights activist, Felipe Blanco Gonzalez. They told him he was not allowed to leave his house until the event, taking place in the main square in commemoration of July 26, is finished. The patrol car with two police officers stayed until 12 pm, watching the Fernando's house.
