Raicel Rodríguez was arrested by agents of the State Security and the National Police while giving out toys to children at Trillo park, located in the municipality of Habana. She was taken to the unit 4da the National Revolutionary Police arrested where he stayed for 8 hours. She was confiscated all merchandise. She has been threatened on several occasions to be trialed for the alleged offenses of insult and arrest resistance.
