Ariel Eugenio Arzuaga Peña was heading to the Migration Office located in Havana in order to clarify his personal migratory status since he had been deported from Panama. When he was already two streets from the place he was heading to, he was stopped by two State Security officials who asked for his ID. After having checked his personal data, the officials detained him and took him to the 5th Police Station in Havana. Ariel was deported five days later to Bayamo where he lives.
