State agent search activist’s home, confiscate his materials, and detain him

State agents went to Roberto Alexander Rodriguez Cardona's home to search it, but when the order was requested, it was incomplete. In response to the activist's complaints, Criminal Instructor Captain Daniel Ramirez Matamoros wrote the missing information, violating the provisions of the Law of Criminal Procedure and the Criminal Code in force. The order was to occupy everything that could be used to commit crimes and they occupied all of the activist's media, holding him for 57 hours. First he was taken to the territorial unit of criminal investigations of Bayamo (known as Los Caballitos), located in Carretera Central streets 6 y 4 Reparto Ojeda, where he was detained from the 29th at noon, until the 30th at 4.00 p.m. He was then transferred to the Unit of Instruction of the Crimes against the Security of the State, located in Carretera Central via Las Tunas, Km, where he was kept until 6.30 pm of the 1st of October. During the detention he was interrogated and threatened. When he was released, Captain Matamoros wrote a warning letter and informed him that he would not be given any documents about what had happened, nor a list of the belongings occupied, alleging that his case would be processed through the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Courts because he was accused of the crime of hoarding, based on an occupation that had previously been carried out.
