Ricardo Pelier was meeting with other members of UNPACU when the police surrounded the house and threw a Molotov cocktail, presumably in order to blame the activists for the damage. The police violently entered the house, which contained a 5 year old child, and arrested the activists. Ricardo was sentenced to 3 years in prison for public disorder.
