Alexei Brizo the victim is a patient of HIV AIDS. The April 25 staged a protest against suspention of a drug for his condition for allegedly at fault. They went into the streets to protest. When they were in San Lino street between 2 and 3 sur officers of State Security arrived, beat him and broke the poster where was written that HIV patients need a medical attention.
