On 11 October at 2 am Niorvis Rivera Guerra went to the provincial headquarters of the UNPACU which is located at San Lino between 2 and 3 sur. Niorvis was arrested by officers from the Brigade anti-riot police and officers of the State Security Brallan and Alex. The venue was totally militarized by several members of the riot agent and Security Brigade officers to prevent him and other activists to participate on mass. Niorvis wanted go for the meeting in Santiago de Cuba province where he wanted attend a Catholic mass. He was threaten and ofended together with other activists in the police unit by instructor Odelin first lieutenant.
