Diosmanis Clark Curvera was traveling by bus into Caimanera heading into the provincial seat of the UNPACU at Guantanamo to participate in an activity. He was arrested in Cayamo checkpoint and taken to the police unit by the police and State Securityofficer Montalvo. There they wrote up a warning to Diosmanis which he did not sign. They put a fine of 30 because of the public scandal which he caused according to police officers. Diosmanis was threatened by officers.
