Upon the arrival of Isbel from Costa Rica, the immigration officer withheld his passport and ordered him to wait. After almost 1 hour, a State Security agent, dressed in civilian clothes, without identifying, approached him to interview him. Isbel refused to talk to him, so the agent withdrew and sent a lieutenant colonel of the Ministry of the Interior, dressed in uniform. The officer asked about the reason for the trip and who had paid for it. Subsequently, Isbel's luggage was examined with a scanner.
