The delegate of the Independent and Democratic Cuba (CID) from the municipality of Antilla, Esber Rafael Ramirez Argota, was arbitrarily detained by State Security Department (DSE) agents and taken from his home in handcuffs, after which he was transferred to the police unit to prevent him from protesting demanding justcie for the activist Hansel. Later, the activist was taken to the fire station where members of the DSE interrogated him and threatened him with criminal proceedings.
