Ladies in White member was arrested by agents of the State Security and the National Police to prevent her from attending a Mass in the Santa Rita de Casia Church neighborhood in the town of Miramar Beach. She was held for several hours in a unit of the National Police Cotorro. It has been threatened on several occasions to be trialed under the alleged crimes of contempt and attack resistance.
