Citizen seen at UNPACU headquarters in Guantanamo, was arbitrarily and violently detained by State Security officers



"Mr. Diosbany Salazar Rodriguez was at the UNPACU headquarters in Guantanamo. When he left on his way home, which is approximately 25 km away, he was violently detained by State Security officers and taken to the police unit. At the unit he was attended to by officer Victor, who told him that he would leave him in the unit until they decided and threatened him with imprisonment. It was until 7:00pm that he was released."
