Activist detained with his wife for expressing his opinion publicly

Jose Isidoro Urbino Zaldivar expressed publicly his opinion that human rights in Cuba should be respected. After that, on February 9, 2016, he was detained together with his wife Mairin Pozo de la Torre. They were kept under detention until the next day till 1 pm. On February 19, they were detained again for the same reason. They were released the next day at 2 pm.
