Victim was stopped in Pastorita by the operative road guards who register her belongings seeing that she had 5 pounds of flour, she was interrogated and taken to the PNR (Revolutionary National Police) of Patrol where she was illegally fined with 60 CUP (2.5 €) and she was detained for more than 15 hours.
