At 7 am, Rafael was intercepted by the officer Sergio and others where he intended to attend a Mass at La Catedral Church. They prevented him from arriving at the Mass when he was one block from the church. He was threatened with imprisonment for alleged collaborating with the Ladies in White. Rafael could not attend the Mass and he is Catholic for more than 5 years.
