Marioldi Delgado Romero was taking part in an activity arranged by UNPACU to introduce new activists in non-violent activism practices. It was the agent Giron and his group who wildly broke into and arrested Marioldi Delgado Romero. He was driven to the police station where remained under arrest more then 4 hours.
