Leyva Jimenez was summoned by the chief of his sector of the Police Unit Parque 24, by order of the State Security, and threatened for not having a labor relationship and for meeting with opponents of the regime to discuss the social issues affecting the country and the changes imposed by the regime. He was told that if he committed any crime or if he supported the opposition, he would be prosecuted for the crimes of disobedience and dangerousness. He was finally released after three hours.
