A profesor-activist of UNPACU accused of violation of law in Guantánamo

Mr. Alain Lobaina was a teacher of vocational school and was expelled for exposing academic fraud where several leaders were involved. After this he became a self-employed. He met with activists UNPACU to know how he could report his case. The March 10 was arrested by a policeman and an inspector being driven to the emergency unit for self-employed which imposed a penalty of 700 peso. According to them Mr. Lobaina was breaking the law because he do not want to stand in the street, but this was not the real reason. Having finished with the penalty officer Kevin was threatening Mr. Lobaina for prisoning to force him to collaborate with state security. The state security could no longer see any counter-revolutionist. Depends if the security officer Kevin discovered some relation with UNPACU. At the moment Mr. Lobaina feels directly threatened by this officer of the Cuban regime.
