Dama de blanco Nidia Rodriguez Santiesteban was detained by the states security police on her way to the center of Bayamo where she was going to assist on a meeting with the other members of the movement and celebrate the human rights day. She was transported to the investigation center and threatened with being imprisoned, two hours later she was released.
