Mr. Hector Lopez Perez was heading to march peacefully in favor of human rights and the release of political prisoners. The activists (including Hector) were attacked by riot troops at San Lino and 2 sur. The troops beat him mercilessly and abusively. Even being already handcuffed they were still beaten and attacked with pepper spray. Hector was taken to the police station and released at 4 pm. He was also threatened by the official Kevin.
