Lady in White Rebeca Roja was going to deposit flowers into the sea in order to honor the memory of the victims of the "13 March Tugboat disaster" and Orlando Zapata Tamayo. She was going from the Mass she attended at the church Santa Rita de Casia, when she was detained by the agents of the State Security, paramilitary mobs and National police, among others Daniel, Reinier, Camilo, Alejandro, Hector y Michel. She was taken to the Militar Base of Tarara where she remained several hours.
